Objectives

Prime One Corp, Bengaluru launched its maiden venture in the Real Estate market with Centreo Luxurious Apartments in South Bengaluru. Since the city is the IT capital of the country, with an ever-growing affluent population, there are large no of Real Estate brands already dominating the market. The challenge was to Position our brand in the top end Apartment market with an appeal that would cater to this segment.

Multipurpose

Strategy

Centreo was conceived and designed as per the American lifestyle which meant latest amenities and providing top end facilities. Every feature of the brand supported that including apartments enjoying high-end furnishing & fixtures, ample sporting facilities, roof-top swimming pools, club and library etc. all within a gated community. Centreo exuded luxurious lifestyle in every respect.

Execution

RnT developed a Print and Outdoor led communication that made the brand speak the language that the IT segment would connect with immediately. Life at Centreo had to compete with life outside home. Given the pandemic situation the buzzword was on WFH and that opened an opportunity for the brand to offer better lifestyle while at home and yet be able to be engage in one’s profession, enjoying luxurious living to the fullest like they do in the US West Coast.
